Reset

Lately I just haven't had "it". Honestly, it feels like someone hit the "reset" button on me. Like the "couch-to-5k" reset button. Also, no running = little desire to show myself in the blogosphere. So today, inspired by this video recommended by a friend and this video, I got myself out for a little run. Only the second in the last 12 days since the marathon.

I wondered where you were, AZ! I can't watch the videos while at work (dang work!!) but will when I get home...anyway, I talked about "it" also and how I never felt good for Boston training. I think I'm back (I hope) and you will, too! Glad you're feeling better!!!

Hi Az,
I love this video! I couldn't stop a fear tears from falling down my cheeks:( It was very inspirational and touching.

You just finished a tough marathon and sometimes it just takes a bit to get things flowing again. You will get there...keep the faith!

Secret handshake=a guy tried to pick up on husband while they were running(separately)on the trails. Watch out! :)

Ah, you will get through this.

Your mind and body just need to focus onto something different than running for some time. It's like a vacation. Do some wood work or go rowing for example, to get your mind and body at peace.

It must be something in the air. I've been in the doldrums for the past few weeks. I'm just starting to come around....

Hi, AZ
I can relate. Not sure what's behind it, but my response is to run a a 40M Trail Ultra. I hope the radically different experience will breathe new life in to me.

It will pass, regardless. Keep on keepin' on.

Thanks for that awesome, inspiring video. It's like you KNOW I stalk Dathan:)
