Don't know why really but I haven't been so bloggy recently.  Still working out, everything going well, just not into writing about it.

    I may have to hit you up for advice in the spring. Swimming so has been great. My runs always seem to be painful. Like an old man painful, not in any particular joint. I need a lot of work biking, but at least it does not hurt afterwards. Cda 2011
